Sustainable Style, Meaningful Impact
OUR STORY
Kay Pacha was founded by my mother and me, two native Peruvians from Cusco with a love for our culture and a a commitment to sustainability. Inspired by the landscapes and traditions that shape us, we set out to create something meaningful: a brand that celebrates Peruvian craftsmanship on a global stage while caring for the people, traditions and the environment behind every garment.
We noticed that Peru’s rich textiles were not reaching the world in a way that felt accessible or part of everyday life. At the same time, many talented artisans relied heavily on tourism and intermediaries, leading to unstable income and undervaluation of their work. That reality motivated us to build a brand that offers fair, consistent opportunities while elevating their art globally.
As a company, we are committed to our three core principles: sustainability, social inclusion, and cultural preservation. We source exclusively Peruvian materials and work directly with local tailors and artisans, ensuring that every piece is 100% Made in Peru. We also choose only eco-friendly, certified fibers such as organic cotton and baby alpaca wool, because respecting nature is as important to us as supporting our communities.
Our collections blend contemporary, minimalist design with subtle handmade Andean details, bringing a touch of Peru into everyday life. Today, we proudly share these timeless pieces and the stories behind them with customers across Europe and the UK.
At Kay Pacha, we unite Peruvian culture with sustainable fashion.
MISSION
Create sustainable fashion that combines modern designs with cultural preservation, collaborates with local artisans, and uses eco-friendly products.
VISION
Our vision is to be a global sustainable clothing brand that offers unique, long-lasting pieces with a minimalist touch of culture while caring for the planet and artisans.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Protecting the Planet
The fashion industry struggles with sustainability issues like toxic chemicals, synthetic fibers, and worker exploitation.
We prioritize fair trade and eco-friendly materials, using GOTS-certified organic cotton and RAS-certified baby alpaca wool.
Our materials support soil health, prohibit harmful chemicals, and ensure ethical practices, creating high-quality, sustainable fashion.

Fair Trade
We work hand-in-hand with talented artisans—many of them women from rural communities around Cusco—who carry forward the ancient art of Inca weaving. Each meter of handwoven pattern can take 4–5 hours to make, often crafted between caring for their families and tending to the land.
By offering flexible hours and fair, reliable pay, we help create more stable livelihoods beyond the unpredictability of local markets. For many, this work means not just income, but recognition and pride in their heritage.
We’re honored to collaborate with incredible artisans. Visit our website to hear their stories and see the impact behind every piece.

Keeping traditions alive
We’re proud to share Peruvian culture through the Inca-inspired patterns featured in our designs, crafted by skilled artisans who carry on these ancient techniques.
Woven into each piece are symbols that date back to the Inca civilization—used to share stories and knowledge in place of a written language. Every motif holds meaning, passed down through generations.
Each product has its own Quechua name and story, connecting you to the roots of Andean heritage.
